The noise is much better controlled now, thank goodness.
The building is a tall one; overshadowing the HDB flat beside it.
The construction workers seem to enjoy taking their tea-breaks sitting on the semi-completed upper floors of the building overlooking the flats. They have a bird's eye view into our flats. Wonder what they find so entertaining?
